A single-story residence with a living area of 150 square meters, designed for Khun Boom and Khun Ice, who desired a simple yet timeless home without extravagance.

The design concept focuses on simplicity, modernity, and timelessness, emphasizing efficient use of space tailored to the lifestyle of the homeowners.

The owners particularly love the living room, so we designed it to be spacious, creating a warm and open atmosphere with flexible functionality to adapt to various needs.

The living area can open up to a semi-outdoor space, allowing for smooth air circulation and enhancing the connection between indoor and outdoor environments.

Private spaces are thoughtfully organized to ensure clear separation, minimizing visibility and noise disturbance from outside, providing residents with a greater sense of security and privacy.

By blending simplicity with smart functionality, this home not only meets basic needs but also brings genuine comfort and happiness to everyday living.
