Private Residence Design Project – 4-Story House
Usable Area: 900 square meters
Ground Floor: Jewelry Retail Space

This private residence was designed to integrate both living and commercial functions, with the ground floor dedicated to a jewelry shop. The client expressed a strong preference for a classic and distinguished aesthetic, prompting the design team to propose a refined interpretation of classical architecture with a modern twist.

The facade design emphasizes elegance and visibility, using natural materials such as stone, wood, and metal to create a rich visual texture. Carefully designed lighting enhances the architectural lines, making the building stand out—especially during nighttime.

Wooden elements are thoughtfully integrated to balance the solidity of stone, while also improving natural ventilation. Adjustable wooden panels allow for flexible privacy control, enabling the façade to open for airflow or close for seclusion as needed.

This project reflects a harmony between timeless classical beauty and functional contemporary living, tailored to both the client’s lifestyle and the urban context.

“Space is empty in some contexts,

but never truly empty in others.

The architect does not design the void,

but weaves a single thread into the intricate waves of life’s unfolding story.”
