Urban Twin House Development in the Heart of Singburi

This project is a twin house development located in the heart of Singburi province. Commissioned by Mr. Wisarut, the project owner, our team was assigned to design modern-style Nordic homes that embody simplicity, elegance, and functionality.

While traditional Nordic architecture is known for its minimalist aesthetic and lack of roof eaves, these characteristics often clash with Thailand’s tropical climate—especially in terms of heat and rainfall. To address this, our design introduces dynamic exterior lines and architectural articulation to enhance visual interest, provide functional shading, and bring life to the overall facade.

A common challenge in twin house structures, which share walls and framing, is a sense of enclosure and lack of airflow. To resolve this, we designed the layout to be flexible and adaptable, allowing certain zones of the house to be opened for natural ventilation or closed off for air-conditioning as needed. This creates a comfortable indoor environment that can adjust to the occupant's lifestyle and changing weather conditions.

Our design approach seamlessly blends Nordic aesthetics with contextual sensitivity—balancing modern appeal, practicality, and responsiveness to the Thai climate.
